Lucas is a leader in infrastructure recruitment with a focus on physical assets. Across a career spanning renewable energy, oil and gas, roads, rails, ports, utilities, water facilities, transmission sites and ESG, he has built a broad network of professionals dedicated to strengthening Australia's critical infrastructure footprint. Lucas has a proven track record delivering high profile searches and recruitment across infrastructure, partnering with clients to enhance culture, compliance and resilient asset operations.

Vinnie Morris

Co Founder & Director

Vinnie is a Brisbane based infrastructure expert guiding LUVI's expansion across energy and broader infrastructure programs. With over a decade in electrical and mechanical disciplines, he designs recruitment programs that align frontline engineering and construction delivery with operations. His technical acumen covers mission critical systems, integration of physical assets and scalable lifecycle optimisation. Leveraging strong industry relationships, Vinnie delivers solutions that maximise performance and reliability across complex renewable energy, oil and gas, road, rail, utilities, water, ports and energy projects.

Specialises in: project recruitment, talent mapping, electrical and mechanical engineering, mission critical systems, full construction workforces.
